What I do for Dragon Plastics and its Customers:

I joined the company in 1998 and after various managerial roles I have taken on the role of Operations Manager with overall responsibility for the day-to-day company operations reporting to our Managing Director and Chairman.

This role encompasses the following but is not in order of priority

• Purchasing of Raw Materials
• Quality Systems
• Manufacturing
• Trials of new Products
• New Projects
• COSHH
• ISO9001-2000
• Material Specifications
• Training
• Logistics

Having overall responsibility for the day to day operations I am committed to ensuring our customers get Quality product on time within budget and this is achieved by having a well trained motivated workforce working with me.

What dragon means to me:

After working for one of the World leaders in single use laboratory products for over 20 years, from very small beginnings in the late 1970\'s when I joined, to becoming a world leader by the time I left in 1998 I know what it is like to be part of a family firm and to help it grow into a very large and successful company.

I see Dragon Plastics over the coming years developing and growing in much the same way and with my experience intend to help drive Dragon Plastics forward to become the number one closure supplier in Europe.

I have Dragon Plastics in my blood and I am very proud and excited to part of what the next 25 years will bring.
